Drain and Water Main Excavations

We repair and install water and sewer mains on private property. We
contact all utilities to have the excavation area marked for safety and
legal purposes. We give free estimates and also offer emergency
service. We will also help you to receive a rebate for tree root problems.

If you suspect your main drain is the cause of your drainage
problems we can inspect you drain with video equipment. Many of
Toronto's older building have clay drainage pipe that is vulnerable
to tree roots and ground shifting. This can cause complete or
partial blockage for your main drain. Symptoms of a drain filled with
roots are seasonal blockages occurring in the spring and

We respond promptly to mater main breaks on private property. We
have the tools and equipment to shut down any water flood / leak.
After the situation is under control underground leaks will need all
utilities to survey and mark the area. This service is free and
required by law. We are able to excavate the area and repair the
leak or replace a section of the pipe. Quotes and estimates are
unavailable for emergency work. We promise to be fair in billing and
if asked we will show our expenses and break down of billing. After
